Tom McCauley
Tom was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois and moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2022 for a job with the Aspen Valley Hospital as the chief human resources officer. He has a degree in finance from the University of Illinois and spent 23 years at the accounting firm Accenture as a consultant, corporate finance, and human resources executive before transitioning to the healthcare industry. At RFL Academy, Tom is excited to improve his leadership skills and connect with other local leaders in the valley. Tom has two grown kids with his wife — his high school sweetheart — and lives in Carbondale where he enjoys playing golf, skiing and hiking. One day he would like to try fly-fishing.
