Theresa is currently the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at Alpine Bank where she works with businesses to streamline workflows and enhance cash flow through electronic banking services. She was drawn to teaching at RFL as a way to share her 20+ years of experience (including both successes and failures) of holding executive positions at a Fortune 100 company and from her commitment to enhancing leadership skills in both herself and others.
