Susan Harig
Susan moved from Las Vegas to the Roaring Fork Valley with her husband Jeff and son Tillman nine years ago. Her career journey has been a winding one: teaching junior high school students how history shapes the future, helping incarcerated individuals manage their anger, and supporting new casino supervisors as they transition to a leadership role. The common theme in each position has been helping others learn and develop so they create thriving work environments for others. Currently, Susan works at Aspen Skiing Company as Managing Director of Engagement and Development. The areas she oversees include employee communications, engagement, training, DEI, and talent development. She is happiest surrounded by friends and family, brainstorming with fellow creatives, working on her 80’s style home, or watching her big dog Oscar, run wild and free.
