Shelly Braudis
Shelly grew up in Kansas City, MO and received her BA from a small liberal arts school in northern Missouri. Currently, she works as the Mountain Sports Program Manager for the White River National Forest. Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending time outside during all four seasons, preferably reading a book at an alpine lake, skiing, and running up Red Hill in the dark with a great group of ladies. During the winter, she likes to slow down by coaching nordic skiing to kindergarteners at Spring Gulch. Shelly comes to RFL Mastermind eager to learn more about herself as a leader and how she can better support those around her, both personally and professionally. She is also looking forward to gaining a better understanding of how to deal more directly with conflict in a way that feels supportive for all involved, including herself.
