Mark Viola
Mark grew up in the Midwest, spending his formative years in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Economics and a minor in business and German. Mark is a Senior Association Manager with The Romero Group and coaches the Aspen High School Varsity Girls Softball team. He also enjoys playing softball, golfing, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife, daughter and dog. At RFL, Mark is excited to learn more about himself and how to communicate more effectively so he can become a better leader.
