Kyla Smits
Kyla grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She earned her B.S. in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and now works as a project manager for the City of Aspen. In her free time, Kyla is an artist and an athlete. She takes ceramics classes and loves to paint, ski, mountain bike, and trail run. Kyla comes to RFL Mastermind eager to grow as a leader and in turn, encourage others to be outstanding leaders.
