Angela Hanley
Angela grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Illinois where she received a bachelor’s in elementary education. After graduating, she completed a year of service with the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps and then moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2001 to begin her career as a classroom teacher. In 2018, Angela began working at English In Action as a program manager and has recently taken on the leadership position of Program Director. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family outdoors, hiking or Nordic skiing, especially with her dogs, and volunteering as a volunteer as a tutor for English in Action. She is an avid reader, pottery maker and enjoys growing and cooking good food. In the community, you’ll often find her on the sidelines cheering for her three kids at soccer, basketball and tennis games. At RFL Mastermind, Angela is excited to meet other women in the valley who share a common goal of giving more voice to all members of our community.
