Julie Hardman
Julie grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and has a degree in communications from the College of Charleston, SC, with a focus on photojournalism. Julie has over 25 years of experience in the events industry and currently works as the senior director of vents at the Aspen Chamber Resort Association. Outside of work, Julie serves on the board of directors for the Roaring Fork Mountain Bike Association and Aspen Open Space and Trails. She also volunteers for Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers and has previously volunteered for several other community events, including the World Cup and Aspen Ski Swap. Julie is also passionate about animals and has raised money for the Safe Harbor Lab Rescue. She loves the active mountain lifestyle, including downhill and cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, outdoor concerts and celebrating Independence Pass on opening day! Julie was inspired to do RFL Academy after participating in Our Community Listens and wanting to make a difference through leadership. At RFL, she hopes to become a better communicator and participate in projects that will improve our community.
