- These practices are not busywork—they’re essential to translating insight into impact.
✔️ Confidentiality & Respect
- Respect the confidential nature of all discussions.
- What’s shared in the room stays in the room. This is how we build brave space.
✔️ Commitment to Growth

- Be open to feedback, courageous conversation, and the kind of stretch that leads to real transformation.
A space to rise, reflect, and reconnect with the leader you’re becoming.
The RFL Mastermind journey is a five-month experience that meets you where you are—and challenges you to grow into where you’re meant to lead next. This is not a lecture series. It’s a reflective, real-world, and relationship-rich journey grounded in emotional intelligence, courageous leadership, and authentic connection.
Each month, you’ll explore a new layer of leadership through the lens of self-awareness, trust, communication, boundaries, values, and legacy. You’ll bring your challenges, voice, and vision to a circle of committed peers who see you—and hold you capable.
Whether you’re navigating a season of transition, leading through complexity, or simply seeking deeper alignment between your values and your impact—this journey invites you to lead more intentionally, courageously, and sustainably.
Along the way, you will:
-
Understand your natural leadership style and emotional intelligence profile
-
Develop stronger boundaries and communication tools
-
Reflect on your values, purpose, and what legacy you want to create
-
Practice feedback, influence, and resilience in real time
-
Build a trusted circle of peers committed to your growth
-
Step forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection
This journey is designed for women and underrepresented leaders navigating systems that don’t always reflect their power—but it’s open to all who seek a deeper, values-driven approach to leading.
Are you ready to lead with your full self—and lift others as you rise?
