Every year, RFL’s Academy and Mastermind participants represent a cross-section of the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys – nonprofit staff, small business owners, civic leaders, healthcare professionals, educators, and entrepreneurs. Many are early in their careers, working multiple jobs, or serving in fields that don’t provide professional development budgets.
When you contribute, you:
- Remove financial barriers for emerging leaders with the drive and vision to make a difference
- Ensure every RFL cohort reflects a diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, and lived experiences
- Strengthen the leadership pipeline for local nonprofits, small businesses, and public service organizations
- Equip our region with more informed, empathetic leaders ready to tackle our most pressing challenges
For Individuals & Alumni
Your gift – of any size – helps cover tuition costs, provides materials, and supports the overall delivery of RFL programs. You can even make your gift monthly, spreading your support throughout the year and ensuring scholarship funds are available when they’re needed most.
For Businesses & Corporate Sponsors
If your organization wants to make a larger impact, corporate sponsorship offers both high visibility and community value. Sponsorship opportunities include:
- Full Scholarship Sponsorship – Fund the full tuition for an Academy or Mastermind participant ($3,995 for Academy; $1,995 for Mastermind)
- Program Sponsorship – Support the overall delivery of RFL programs while keeping tuition accessible for all participants
- Event Sponsorship – Align your brand with signature RFL events like Elevate, the Unite Graduation, or our Golf Tournament, reaching business, nonprofit, and civic leaders across the region
Corporate sponsors not only invest in the future of local leadership – they also demonstrate their commitment to building a stronger, more connected, and more resilient community.
The Ripple Effect of Your Support
RFL graduates go on to lead initiatives in housing, mental health, education, climate action, cultural inclusion, and economic development. They serve on boards, run community programs, start innovative businesses, and advocate for systemic change. The lessons they learn and the connections they forge don’t stop with them – they ripple outward, touching thousands of lives.
Your investment today helps shape the leaders our communities need tomorrow.
