We’re seeking talented, dedicated board members who are passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and shaping the future of our community. Becoming an RFL board member is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to lead, learn, and make a lasting impact.

Current board members share that serving with RFL has enhanced their own personal and professional development, fostered a growth mindset, and supported lifelong learning—core values that are at the heart of leadership. Many are driven by the opportunity to contribute their unique skillsets to meet organizational needs while working toward the greater good of our valley, building a stronger and more connected community.

As a board member, you’ll serve a 3-year term, participate in monthly meetings, engage with committees, and play a vital role in fundraising, programming, alumni relations, and promoting our mission. An annual financial contribution is also part of your commitment to sustaining RFL’s impact.

If you’re ready to grow as a leader, use your expertise for good, and guide RFL into its next chapter, we invite you to take the next step. Your leadership can create ripples of change throughout our community.
