What This Is (and What It’s Not)

This is not a volunteer role.
This is a structured leadership development program designed to strengthen your ability to:

  • Facilitate group dynamics
  • Coach without taking over
  • Navigate complexity and tension

You’ll grow your leadership by practicing it in real time.

Time Commitment

Program Duration: August – May (aligned with RFL Academy)

Estimated Time: 6–10 hours per month

Includes:

  • 4 Training Session (2 hours ea.)
  • Monthly team meeting (2–3 hours)
  • Preparation + coordination (~1 hour/mo)
  • Monthly Facilitator Lab (60–90 minutes/mo)
  • Select Academy session attendance (varies by month)
