Being an effective leader and exercising leadership effectively as a natural self-expression begins with mastering the four ways of being that constitute the foundation for leader and leadership: Integrity, Authenticity, Being Committed to Something Bigger than Yourself and Being Cause in the Matter.

The Mastering Leadership in Business Course is designed around three recently discovered fundamental laws of individual and organizational performance (The Three Laws of Performance by Zaffron and Logan), that provide access to instantaneous elevations in performance—beyond what most of us think is possible.
This 3-day interactive course is for executives, managers, and individuals at all levels of an organization who are committed to taking leadership and performance to breakthrough levels. It is for those who seek more joyful and productive ways to lead their lives and businesses.

Our Educational Method: Most types of learning we have encountered throughout our careers might be referred to as linear or informative learning which is based in a centuries-old psychological model of performance. The Mastering Leadership in Business Course utilizes an extensively proven ontologically based educational model which employs “transformative learning” to provide breakthroughs in exercising leadership effectively. While both types of learning are useful and valuable, transformative learning occurs in a different dimension than informative learning.
In this program, we are not asking you to learn new skills, add to what you know, or even modify your style.
