She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and numerous professional certifications, including Certified Public Manager (CPM), Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), facilitation, and instructor trainer credentials.
Throughout her career, Erin has become known for helping leaders and organizations strengthen emotional intelligence, build high-performing teams, improve workplace culture, and make better decisions through collaboration and data-informed leadership. She has presented at state and national conferences on emotional intelligence, leadership, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
As Lead Facilitator, Erin will partner with Andrea to launch and lead RFL’s new Facilitator Program, designed to build a regional network of skilled facilitators who can create meaningful learning experiences, guide courageous conversations, and strengthen leadership capacity throughout our communities.
Together, Erin and Andrea will:
- Develop and deliver the Facilitator Program curriculum.
- Coach and mentor emerging facilitators.
- Strengthen facilitation skills grounded in emotional intelligence, adaptive leadership, and belonging.
- Build a community of practice that expands leadership capacity throughout the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys.
- Support facilitators as they grow their confidence, presence, and ability to lead meaningful conversations.
Erin brings a thoughtful, authentic, and servant-hearted leadership style to every room she enters. Her ability to create trust, encourage participation, and help groups navigate complex conversations will be instrumental in developing the next generation of facilitators.
Please join us in welcoming Erin into this new leadership role as we continue investing in leaders who help others learn, connect, and create lasting community impact.
