RFL Unite is more than a graduation—it’s a celebration of all RFL alumni, the leadership journeys we’ve taken, and the impact we’ve made across the region. This special event welcomes the Class of 2025 into the alumni network and invites the entire RFL community to come together, reflect, and recommit to our shared mission of leadership through service, connection, and collaboration.

Whether you’re part of the very first RFL cohort or just recently completed the Academy, Unite is your opportunity to:
