RFL Academy 2022 participant, Will Meyer’s most fulfilling leadership experience has been establishing a new self-perform service within Shaw Construction. Will spearheaded the initial trial of a self perform drywall team. He had heard great things from co-workers who had participated in RFL Academy and wanted to experience it for himself. Ultimately, Will wants to become more engaged with the community and help shape the world he lives in.
