Whitney Norton grew up in Colorado and earned a degree in Psychology before completing a certificate in Interior Design through UCLA Extension. After launching her career in Los Angeles, she returned to Colorado and is now a Partner and Senior Interior Designer at Anne Grice Interiors. Her award-winning work has been featured in regional and national publications. Whitney enjoys skiing with her family, volunteering in local schools, and participating in a wellness-focused book club. She joined RFL Mastermind to deepen her leadership confidence as a business owner and to lead with compassion and community connection.
