Tyler Yocum is a RFL Academy 2022 participant and the airport operations supervisor at the Aspen/Pitkin County airport. Prior to RFL, his most fulfilling leadership experience was a plane crash at the airport when he was the designated Incident Commander, leading the local fire, law, and medical departments along with his own team. Fortunately everyone survived and everything went fairly smoothly. Tyler came to RFL for the opportunity to strengthen his leadership skills.
