Taylor Pass grew up in Southern California and holds degrees in Psychology and Special Education. After seven years teaching special education at Aspen High School, she transitioned into healthcare as an Informatics Analyst at Aspen Valley Health. Taylor remains deeply connected to education and inclusion through tutoring, coaching, and past board service. Passionate about accessibility and community equity, she joined RFL Mastermind to strengthen her emotional intelligence, expand her leadership vision, and collaborate with women committed to creating positive, inclusive change across the region.
