Taylor Dexheimer grew up in Missouri as the oldest of four and became a first generation college graduate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management. After college, she took a leap and moved directly to Colorado for an opportunity at Timberline Condominiums in Snowmass Village. She began as Executive Assistant and soon expanded her responsibilities into human resources and accounting, building a career with a company she feels fortunate to have found.
Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle was a major draw for Taylor. She loves hiking, backpacking, camping, paddleboarding, rock climbing, and skiing. She also enjoys reading, podcasts, and cooking and recently became a Big Buddy through the Buddy Program.
Taylor learned about RFL Academy from her manager, who completed the program 30 years ago. She saw an opportunity to combine her desire for personal and professional growth with her desire to build a life in this community. Through RFL, Taylor hopes to strengthen her leadership skills, build meaningful relationships throughout the valley, and discover new ways to make a difference in the place she now calls home.
