Tara Bair
Tara was born and raised in Carbondale, Colorado, where she graduated from Roaring Fork High School. She started working at Wells Fargo Bank in 1999 while attending CMC and has worked in banking for 24 years. Tara now lives in Rifle, and is the vice-president of regional operations at Alpine Bank. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and sports games and at other community events. At RFL, Tara is hoping to learn how to be a consistent and confident leader.
