Tanya Van Rickley has spent more than 30 years building relationships, developing partnerships, and helping people and organizations grow. Since 2018, she has also coached hundreds of professionals through John Maxwell Leadership and Everything DiSC programs, experiences that deepened her passion for developing people and strengthening communities. Today, she brings that experience to Roaring Fork Leadership as RFL’s Development Director.
Originally from San Diego, Tanya has called Colorado home since 2016. Outside of work, she loves snowboarding, hiking, biking, and competing in GORUCK endurance events. She is also the proud mom of two adult children and enjoys supporting them as they build their own lives and futures.
Tanya was drawn to RFL by its commitment to developing leaders and strengthening community. Participating in the Academy gives her an opportunity to experience that mission personally while continuing her own leadership journey. She hopes to deepen her understanding of different leadership styles, learn from her classmates, and build meaningful relationships throughout the valley. Experiencing the Academy firsthand will also help Tanya better understand and share the impact RFL has on the people and communities it serves.
