Renée Thibodeaux grew up near Durango, Colorado, and studied Secondary and Adventure Education at Prescott College. She currently serves as Outdoor Programs Director at Colorado Rocky Mountain School, where she leads experiential, expeditionary learning programs. Deeply connected to both nature and the arts, Renée finds inspiration in desert landscapes, rivers, music, watercolor, and metalsmithing. She is drawn to RFL Mastermind for its emotionally intelligent approach to leadership and values the opportunity to grow confidence in her heart-centered leadership style while being part of a supportive, like-minded community of women.
