Introducing Rachel Schmidt, a program coordinator and marketing associate with English in Action and a RFL Academy 2022 participant! Rachel joined RFL Academy to meet other motivated community members, listen to their stories, and figure out how to collectively make a positive impact in the community. She is also looking forward to building her leadership skills and growing throughout the Academy program.
