Originally from Sonora, Mexico, Oscar Miranda has called the Roaring Fork Valley home for 20 years. Over those two decades, he has built a life in the region and developed a strong connection to the community. He currently works with The Romero Group.
RFL Academy represents something new for Oscar. It is his first experience participating in this type of formal leadership development program, and that is part of what makes the opportunity meaningful to him.
Oscar joined the Academy because he wants to challenge himself, gain new experiences, and continue developing his skills. At the heart of his RFL journey is a desire for personal growth and greater confidence. He hopes the experience will help him trust himself more, recognize his own capabilities, and continue becoming a better leader and person. For Oscar, participating in RFL is an opportunity to step beyond what is familiar and discover what might be possible next within the community he has called home for two decades.
