Matt McGaugh works for Pitkin County Human Services, as Adult and Family Services Manager.  He also works part-time with the University of Denver as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School for Social Work.  Matt graduated from Iowa State University in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree focused in Sociology. He finished his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2015.  Matt enjoys the outdoors and is one of the big reason for moving to Colorado 14 years ago. Matt is most interested in learning leadership skills, collaborating with other local professionals and giving back to the community during his experience with RFL.
