Operations Coordinator | City of Aspen
Martyna Wojtkowska grew up in Poland and holds two master’s degrees in Human Geography and International Marketing, with additional study in Slovenia. She has lived in Aspen for over a decade and currently serves as Operations Coordinator for the City of Aspen. Known for her organization, global perspective, and curiosity about local history, Martyna plays a key role in connecting departments and managing cross-functional projects. Through RFL Mastermind, she is focused on embracing her leadership identity, strengthening confidence, especially in public speaking, and growing alongside a community of thoughtful, inspiring women.
