Marshall Foote, based in Carbondale, began his professional journey with aspirations of becoming a pilot, pursuing aviation in college and cultivating skills in focus, discipline, and calm decision-making under pressure. Though his career path shifted, those early lessons continue to shape his approach to leadership and problem-solving. Today, Marshall serves as the CEO of the Colorado Pool + Scapes, a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company.

This is where he applies his expertise in business management, client service, and team leadership. Known for his level-headed presence, he thrives in guiding projects from vision to execution while ensuring collaboration and accountability across his team.
