LeAnne Evans Bauer grew up in Washington State and earned her degree from Western Washington University, where she was a collegiate heptathlete and team captain. She has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2008 and has spent nearly two decades in healthcare, holding numerous clinical and IT certifications. An avid ultra-endurance athlete, LeAnne finds joy in mountain adventures and community volunteering. Through RFL Mastermind, she is excited to expand her leadership toolkit, deepen self-exploration, and grow through focused, small-group learning.
