Jennifer Steele hails from Cape Cod, where she enjoys spending summers with her family, and has called Glenwood Springs home for more than 20 years. Active in the community, Jennifer balances a dynamic professional life in smart home technology at Performance Electronics with a love for travel. She brings energy, creativity, and a strong work ethic to her professional and community endeavors, demonstrating the ability to execute projects with vision and precision. Jennifer values problem-solving, collaboration, and fostering meaningful connections with those around her. Passionate about youth sports and community building, Jennifer is one of the founding coaches of the Roaring Fork Lacrosse Club mentoring young athletes, both on and off the field where she creates a sense of belonging so they can grow in confidence and skill.
Jennifer joined the RFL Academy to enhance her leadership skills, deepen her understanding of team dynamics, and expand her impact within the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley. Through participation, she hopes to gain practical strategies for guiding teams, inspiring action, and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered.
