Heather Kendrick Stanton
Heather is a violinist originally from Marysville, Michigan. She attended Interlochen Arts Academy, the University of Michigan and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Heather holds degrees in Organizational Studies, Music Education, Violin Performance, and Education Leadership. She is the vice president of education and community programs, at the Aspen Music Festival and School. Two fun facts about Heather: she was crowned Miss Michigan 2017 and competed at the Miss American Competition. You may also have caught her on Season 11 of “America’s Got Talent” with the Detroit-based electro-pop violin and DJ band, NuClassica). Outside of work. Heather is engaged in numerous volunteer activities, including the Rotary Club of Aspen, the Pitkin County Library Board, Theatre Aspen, and Aspen Valley Young Life. She comes to RFL Mastermind looking forward to connecting with a cohort women across sectors and to expand her understanding of ways she can contribute to the valley, both personally and professionally.
