Emily Marcus grew up in Broomfield, Colorado, as the second oldest of six siblings. She played competitive softball from a young age, earning a college scholarship, and developed strong lessons in teamwork and dedication. Emily’s professional experience spans the restaurant and car dealership industries before moving to Glenwood Springs, where she discovered a passion for the golf industry. She has thrived in client-facing and leadership roles, using her skills to create welcoming and professional environments.

Emily was drawn to the RFL Academy by the opportunity to deepen her leadership abilities, navigate professional challenges, and explore personal growth. She values programs that offer self-awareness, reflection, and practical tools for problem-solving.

Through the Academy, Emily hopes to form meaningful friendships, connect with other community-minded professionals, and gain skills to approach leadership challenges with confidence. She is excited to learn from classmates and instructors while strengthening her ability to positively influence teams and the broader Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley community.
