Born and raised in Colombia, Elsy Magnolia Patiño Pardo brings a unique global and professional perspective to her work. She is a trained Business Administrator and previously served as a police officer, reaching the rank of Sergeant. Now an Administrative Assistant with The Romero Group, Elsy is known for her ability to connect with people, listen deeply, and solve problems. She volunteers with community programs and supports a Latino Catholic community through social media leadership. Elsy joined RFL Mastermind to learn from women leaders across the valley and to strengthen her soft skills for greater community impact.
