Deana Hermanson grew up in New Orleans and relocated to Glenwood Springs after Hurricane Katrina, rebuilding her life and career from the ground up. She began her banking career as a receptionist and worked her way into executive leadership, earning recognition for her community service, including the Young Athena Award. Deana remains deeply involved in local nonprofits and civic organizations. Through RFL Mastermind, she is seeking to broaden her leadership skills, connect with like-minded women, and continue evolving as a leader who serves both her organization and her community.
