Dalia Weber grew up in Rock City, Illinois, and has carried her agricultural roots with her into life in Colorado. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Professional Sales and Management from the University of Wyoming and now works as a Personal Risk Advisor with Glenwood Insurance Agency.
Outside of work, Dalia enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and maintaining the connection to agriculture that remains an important part of who she is.
Dalia was drawn to RFL Academy because she sees leadership development and community connection as closely related. She wants to grow both personally and professionally while becoming more connected to the people and organizations of the Roaring Fork Valley. She is excited to learn from experienced leaders and fellow participants, challenge herself, and encounter perspectives that broaden how she sees leadership and community. Through RFL, Dalia hopes to become a stronger and more intentional leader, develop meaningful relationships, and become more actively involved in the community. She looks forward to carrying what she learns into her career while finding ways to make a positive impact throughout the region.
