Colton Conrad was born and raised in Craig, Colorado. From a young age, he developed a passion for the outdoors, guiding fly fishing and hunting excursions at the prestigious Three Forks Ranch starting at age 15. He earned a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and contributed to major infrastructure projects in Denver, including Colorado’s longest light rail bridge. Colton returned to the Western Slope, joining RA Nelson nine years ago, where he has held diverse roles and now serves as part-owner and Field Division Manager. He lives with his wife, Chrissy, and their two dogs, Josey and Sage.
Colton joined the RFL Academy to grow personally, expand leadership skills, and connect with other professionals in the community. The program was recommended to him by company leadership, and he values the opportunity to gain insights outside of his immediate professional circle.
Through participation, Colton hopes to network broadly, strengthen his leadership capabilities, and continue personal growth while contributing positively to the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley community.
