Meet Cole, one of the RFL Academy 2022 participants! Cole joined RFL Academy seeking growth that is applicable to both his personal life and professional pursuits. He hopes to have his beliefs challenged and to grow as a communicator and listener. Cole received a degree in Economics from Colorado State University. He loves spending his time outdoors and moving quickly through the mountains (cycling, mountain biking, and skiing are his top three sports). We are so excited to grow with you, Cole!
