Carlyn Porter serves as the Epidemiology and Emergency Preparedness Program Administrator for Pitkin County Public Health. With advanced degrees in Anthropology and Public Health, her career has spanned mosquito-borne disease response, environmental health, and large-scale emergency preparedness, including wildfire, flood, and pandemic response. Outside of public health, Carlyn is a small business owner, creative stylist, and community volunteer. As a mother and community leader, she joined RFL Mastermind to build confidence, connection, and personal growth within a supportive network of women leaders.
