Callie Dickson
Callie grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and studied therapeutic recreation and Spanish at The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. At university, she worked at the outdoors center on campus and led extended backcountry trips for students. Callie went on to complete her recreation therapy internship in Eugene, Oregon where she fell in love with facilitating outdoor recreation for people with disabilities and led to her current job as program manager for Challenge Aspen. Outside of work, Callie enjoys skiing, coaching different Special Olympics teams, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family at their cottage in northern Wisconsin. Callie comes to RFL excited to connect with other leaders in the valley, develop her personal leadership style, and collaborate on a project that will improve her community.
