Britta Gustafson, of Snowmass Village, has built a career and life shaped by exploration, adaptability, and community connection. Throughout her quest for integrity in marketing, and dedication to journalism she has ventured into many unique projects, seizing the chance to work in 28 different jobs throughout the valley over the course of her life. From hospitality and media to creative pursuits and community engagement, Britta has developed a unique ability to see opportunities from multiple angles and to approach challenges with curiosity and resilience. Currently, Britta serves our community on the Town Council for Snowmass Village.

Her passion lies in discovering inspiration and motivation through the stories and strengths of others. She thrives in environments that value creativity, teamwork, and growth, and she is skilled at encouraging individuals and groups to recognize their potential. Britta’s work, including publishing The Story of Snowmass and her years as a columnist, often involved bridging diverse perspectives and creating spaces where innovation and collaboration can flourish.

Britta joined the RFL Academy to enhance her leadership skills and to expand her network of like-minded professionals across the region. She is eager to explore new strategies for empowering others, strengthening team dynamics, and amplifying community impact. Through the program, she hopes to deepen her ability to inspire, spark creativity, and contribute meaningfully to the resilience and vitality of the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys.
