Brian Hanlen began working in construction at age 12, started his business at age 21, and has 38 years of experience in the design, planning, and building industry. Utilizing the unique perspective from being self-taught, he has been seeking to provide realistic and holistic solutions to problems common to design and construction.
Brian joined the RFL Academy to pursue professional growth and gain new perspectives on leadership and community impact. He values learning experiences that are directly applicable to his business while expanding his understanding of effective leadership principles.
Through the program, Brian hopes to integrate the knowledge gained into his company, enhancing organizational practices and fostering creative and practical applications of leadership concepts. He is eager to connect with like-minded leaders, expand his network, and discover innovative ways to positively influence the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley community.
