Benjamin Niefeld, a participant in RFL Academy 2022, is passionate about nature, design, construction, and people. He has been heavily involved with the American Society of Landscape Architects, taking on leadership positions within the Section and State Level in Texas. Benjamin because interested in RFL so that he could learn more about his leadership style, his strengths and weaknesses, and how leadership can make a difference with teams — both in his career and within his community. Benjamin is most excited about the camaraderie of RFL Academy we are excited for Ben to join us!
