A Colorado native, Ben Dillingham grew up in Woodland Park with a love for the outdoors. His professional path included some exploration before he discovered the airport industry, where he found work that clicked. For the past five years, Ben has continued earning certifications and growing within airport management at the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport.
Ben came to RFL Academy looking for more than professional development. He wants to become more involved in the community, meet people he might not otherwise encounter, and continue developing as a leader.
At this point in his journey, Ben is particularly interested in becoming a more confident and clear headed version of himself. He hopes RFL will help him develop a stronger vision for his future, understand the path he wants to take, and build the skills and relationships to move toward it with greater confidence. For Ben, the Academy is as much about discovering what comes next as it is about learning how to lead.
