RFL’s Executive Director, Andrea Palm-Porter has a career trajectory that is impressive, with 30 years’ experience driving strategic growth through strong business leadership and relationships. She attended the University of Eau Claire in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Leadership. Andrea is attaining her MSA in Organizational Leadership from CSU. She is known for her leadership in business and relationship development, facilitation, creating awareness and executing projects or products with ease. Andrea has customized trainings and presentations for CSU, Kaiser Permanente, Pitkin County, Habitat for Humanity, City of Aspen, US Forest Service, RFTA, Alpine Bank, and many others. Andrea is also a graduate and former board member of the Vail Leadership Institute, Roaring Fork Leadership, and alumnus of the American Leadership Forum. Recently, Andrea has been involved with the Boettcher Foundation’s CoLead and CSU State Design Team with initiatives to create a Colorado statewide leadership eco-system.

Andrea has built community relationships since moving to the valley in 1997, that are unmatched by most. Her pervious position as Publisher of local newspapers and currently the Executive Director of RFL, has positioned her as an influencer of leaders and is well respected in the valley and state.
