Originally from Houston, Texas, Alice Johnson has called the Roaring Fork Valley home for the past five years. She earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and began her career in nonprofit, youth-focused roles before attending Columbia University’s School of Social Work. Alice holds a Master of Social Work degree and is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. Her dedication to service has taken her from Nairobi, Kenya, to Denver, Colorado, where she received the prestigious AmeriCorps “VISTA of the Year” award for her outstanding contributions.
Alice’s hobbies include skiing, trail running, Pilates, cooking, and reading. She values strong therapeutic relationships, meaningful friendships, and community connections, and is deeply passionate about fostering these bonds.
Through RFL Mastermind, Alice is excited to connect with other professional women in the community, develop her leadership capacity, and gain deeper insights into her strengths and areas for growth. She looks forward to learning new ways to drive change in her life, workplace, and the broader community.
