For Alex Mondragon, the Roaring Fork Valley is more than the place where he works. It is home. Born and raised in Glenwood Springs, Alex has built his career in banking and lending and today serves as a Vice President with Alpine Bank. His local roots give him a strong connection to the people and community his work serves.
Outside of banking, Alex has wide ranging interests that include automobiles, fashion, the outdoors, and soccer. His passion for soccer also provides an avenue for community involvement through coaching and mentoring young players.
Alex joined RFL Academy because of a strong desire for continued personal growth. He wants to become a leader who can better support his team, strengthen relationships, inspire others, and create a positive impact both professionally and personally. His long term aspiration is to become President of Alpine Bank’s Glenwood Springs branch. Alex sees RFL as an important step toward that goal, but also as an opportunity to broaden his perspective, learn from other leaders, and continue contributing to the community where he grew up.
