Lindsay Hoffmann was born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, and proud of it! The valley has provided her with incredible opportunities over the years, including her current role working alongside Andrea Palm-Porter as the Communication Manager of RFL.
Originally going to school to study Architecture at the University of Colorado Boulder, Lindsay decided to follow her other passion, working with people. She graduated with a degree in Communication and a minor in Leadership Studies. She is highly intrigued by the dynamics that play into these very complex yet vital concepts. She credits this passion to her years of working with youth in the valley, community volunteering, and her involvement with various non-profit organizations.
Still having a spark of intrigue for the design and build industry, Lindsay returned to Aspen to continue working for a local development company. Recently connecting with Andrea and RFL has allowed her to expand her work in the non-profit world and the study of leadership! The experience has already taught her so much, and she can’t wait to continue learning, meet new people, and become further engaged in the community through RFL Academy!
