Jeff Fletcher works as a Tree Crew foreman with Holy Cross Energy.  Jeff is a Colorado State University Graduate with a degree in Parks and Protected Areas Management.  As a father of two children under the age of 10, Jeff is constantly looking inward and trying to become a better husband, father, and member of the community.  He hopes Roaring Fork Leadership can help him in becoming a better communicator at work, a better listener at home and more vocal in my faith.
