Roaring Fork Leadership is proud to announce that applications are now open for the RFL Mastermind Class of 2026 – a reimagined, 5-month leadership experience designed for mid- to senior-level professional women and underrepresented leaders who are ready to step into their full power.
Launching this January, Mastermind offers a small-group, high-trust environment where participants deepen emotional intelligence, strengthen presence, and connect with a circle of peers who will both challenge and champion their growth.

What’s New This Year
The Mastermind program has been redesigned with women-centered leadership in mind—creating inclusive, reflective, and practical learning spaces. The 2026 cohort will benefit from:
- Five in-person sessions
- Four group teleconference calls between sessions
- Self-guided EQ Assessment + personalized workbook
- Structured peer coaching with actionable feedback and feedforward
- Exclusive leadership tools such as Say No with EQ, Emotional Labor Mapping, and Leadership Legacy Planning
- One-on-one coaching session with Mastermind facilitator Andrea Palm-Porter
- Ongoing support and access to RFL’s extended network of leaders
This isn’t a lecture series—it’s a reflective and relationship-rich journey grounded in emotional intelligence, courageous leadership, and authentic connection.
Program Details
- Timeline: January–May 2026 (5 monthly sessions + calls)
- Location: Mountain Family Health Centers, Basalt (Upstairs Conference Room)
- Tuition: $1,995 (includes EQ assessment, materials, and curated experience)
- Support: Scholarships, payment plans, and employer sponsorships are available
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with interviews scheduled promptly. The final deadline is December 15, 2025, but spots may fill sooner.
