MASTERING PERFORMANCE
The Access to Uniquely Extraordinary Performance
Mastering Performance introduces a new methodology for enhancing individual and organizational performance. This course answers the questions: Why do people do what they do? Why do people not do what they don’t do? And, what has people perform beyond the predictable?
Most participants of this course say it is one of the most profound
and useful classes they have ever taken!
Mastering Performance is designed around three fundamental laws of individual and organizational behavior, that provide access to instantaneous elevations in performance—beyond what most of us think is possible. In this course, you will jettison what’s holding you back and create a new future for your business and life that is beyond the predictable.
We assert that all performance is correlated to perception. Our perceptions, our individual views of reality, determine how our world occurs for us. They tell us what is and is not possible. They are at the source of the actions we take, including how we communicate and work with each other and ultimately the results we produce. In business, as in life, the possibilities we have available to us for the future may not be determined by our circumstances after all, but rather by our perception of those circumstances.
This 3-day interactive course is for executives, managers and individuals at all levels of an organization who are committed to taking individual performance and partnership to breakthrough levels. It is for those who seek more joyful and productive ways to lead their lives and businesses.
“The world that we have made as a result of the level of thinking
we have done so far creates problems we cannot solve at the same
level of thinking at which we created them.” ~ Albert Einstein
Our Educational Method: Most types of learning we have encountered throughout our careers might be referred to as informative learning. The Mastering Performance course utilizes an extensively proven educational model which employs “transformative learning” to provide breakthroughs in performance for individuals, groups and the larger organization. While both types of learning are useful and valuable, transformative learning occurs in a different dimension than informative learning.
In this program, we are not asking you to learn new skills, add to what you know, or even modify your style. Rather, we are asking you to inquire into the whole way you identify yourself, the world, and the relationship between the two. As a result, participants get to see their current circumstances from an entirely new perspective which instantly provides an access to new possibilities for themselves that simply did not occur from the previous point of view.
The following are some of the results participants report.
- Breakthroughs in individual and group performance.
- Breakthroughs in communication and working relationships.
- Breakthroughs in being a leader and exercising leadership effectively where and when it is called for.
- Breakthroughs in their capacity to listen authentically.
- More efficient meetings—less wasted time.
- A renewed sense of freedom to create and achieve inspiring futures.
- An alleviation of stress.
- They experience immediate results in increased effectiveness, aliveness, and ease.
In a relaxed, yet fast-paced and entertaining manner the three-day course features coaching sessions, structured inquiries, group discussions and interactive exercises. You will leave with a refreshing new view of your circumstances and having invented an inspiring new future for yourself and your organization, one that is no longer limited by past-based points of view.
